Ingredients
  

  • 6 packs Costco Fresh Additions Steak Bites
  • 2 cups uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 bag precut brussels sprouts about 1 lb
  • 1/2 pack bacon about 6 slices
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 oz butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Add rice and beef broth to the rice cooker and start the cycle.
  • Boil water, salt it, and cook the brussels sprouts for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Drain and let the sprouts steam over the hot pot.
  • Oil a sheet pan, place the sprouts face down, and roast for 15 to 25 minutes. Add bacon bits during the last 5 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet on medium, melt the butter, and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
  • Add the steak bites and cook to your preferred doneness.
  • Build your bowls with rice, roasted brussels sprouts, bacon, and steak bites.
